What is FIErcE COACH?
“A good coach can change a game. A great coach can change a life.” - John Wooden
Outside of parents, coaches are the most influential people in athlete’s lives. They have to power to uplift and form young women into who God wants them to be; but unfortunately, coaches may struggle with a “win at all costs” mentality” and as a result, use their power to crush the confidence and dignity of their players.
FIERCE COACH desires to help coaches use their God-given platforms in sport to engage the hearts of their athletes and be an open door and vessel to the love of God. We provide training on how to develop your female athletes on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
FIERCE COACH believes that coaching is deeply relational and intentional. Therefore, we want to help coaches develop and deepen their faith, love and knowledge of God, life of prayer, and relationship with Christ.
FIERCE COACH will help coaches navigate the cultural issues of the day which are negatively impacting players and the true purpose of sport:
Toxic culture of winning at all costs and the utility/use of athletes
Pressure of immorality and promiscuity within sport teams and organization
Please reach out, we would love to serve you and your athletes!
